CYS Investments’ Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase Plan (the “Plan”) is designed to provide a convenient, cost-effective method to invest in CYS common stock. Under the Plan, stockholders can reinvest their cash distributions from CYS. In addition, current and new stockholders have the ability to purchase shares of CYS common stock directly through our Plan Administrator, Computershare Trust Company, N.A.

The Plan contains a number of attractive features, including the abilities to:

  • Automatically reinvest your cash distributions in additional shares of CYS common stock.
  • Purchase additional shares of CYS common stock by making investments of between $50 and $10,000 per month, via check, one-time ETF, or automatic monthly deductions from your U.S. bank account.
  • Make optional cash investments in excess of $10,000 per month1, at a potential discount to the then fair market value of the shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
  • Sell shares of CYS common stock.
  • Enroll, access account details, purchase, and sell shares of CYS common stock online via the Plan Administrator’s website,

Participation in the Plan is entirely voluntary, and you may initiate or discontinue your participation at any time.
